Hi, I'm having a ongoing problem with "My Sky" app, unable to get access to my bill, Sky VIP, products etc. I have reported this issue in early February without resolving. I'm concerned because I have no control of my account or subscriptions. Apps on a iPhone 13, also website isn't helpful either. I'm a little confused how this has happened as it was working fine in January? HELP

Find out moreYou are not the first and probably will not be the last to report this issue @Big+Feet so to get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
