Discussion topic: My Sky app not installing correctly

Downloaded My Sky app form Apple App Store. Entered data on popup window when asked, and this does reflect my account, but does then not move off the popup screen and as a result I can never get to the app itslef. Same thing happens on both iPhone and iPad.

It has been quite a while since I have done this but is there not a Save or OK button to press after you have entered in all your details ?
