I take it there is no VPN being used on the device you installed the app on ?

I have this issue. Can't see my bills or access rewards anymore. Did anyone find a solution?

I'll also leave elsewhere as soon as my contract is up. I cannot log in for almost a year and sky's "professionals" have been completely useless.

Still on going issue with no resolve and just been asked on multiple occasions for examples.

 

Can I be contacted with a resolution... I've tried in 3 different devices multiple times which I get the same 'account not authourized' error message.  My family can log into the same devices with there log in so it is not a device issue, app issue VPN issue etc... solely a SkyID issue.

 

Again if someone can contact me with a resolution that would be much appreciated, I work Monday - Friday and 1 Saturday per month so ideally a Sunday if that could be kept in mind.
