My Sky App

The My Sky app will not accept my postcode. The app lets me put my email and password in (which I know are corrrect) but when it asks for the postcode it says "error has occurred". 
I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and I have tried it on my partners phone. Nothing is working.

You are going to have to call Sky about this.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
