@MCBTHFC You need to use whatever username and password you have used to create your Netflix account.
In order to take advantage of the "included" tier of Netflix with Sky you need to link your Netflix and Sky accounts together as per the instructions here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix
