My Sky App asking for UK postcode

When i try to setup the My Sky App ot asks me for UK postcode even though I am in Ireland, I have tried both the app and the website on multiple devices but get the same result. How can I get this reaolved please?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 9pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

I have the same issue. 

One would think that a major ISP, mobile and TV company would have the common sense to know that address schemes are different in seperate countries. 

But obviously not. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🙄

My father has My Sky doesnt have the same issue not sure if it is just specific versions

From what I can see there seem to be a few with the same issue in the past few days or so. 

I've tried on differnt platforms (desktop, laptop, mobile). And others seem to have as well.

@caesarome yes I did, I got no response and now I dont have the option to join chat, speech bubble icon is gone and no matter what I click in email notification it just brings me back to the discussion.
