Multiple accounts - Sky VIP

Everyone in my household has Sky Mobile package. We also have Sky internet.  

Everything is registered under one person but we obviously have 3 different telephone numbers. 

Can we have multiple SKY VIP accounts? One per one phone number?

The main account holder will have access to the account(s) via the MySky app so the others who need to ask them to roll the data from the piggybank.
