Moving home app trouble

I am moving house and when i am using mysky app to put the details in, it says it is checking what i can get at the new address then the screen just goes blank and nothing comes on. As if the app keeps crashing. The sky virtual assistant is useless for this issue as it keeps directing me here instead lf connecting me with a member of staff.

Do you know which phone number i can contact to arrange my home move? The site always crashes when i put in the details of the new home, when it says it os searching to see what is available in the new home.
