Mobile disappeared from My SKY

I can't see details for my mobile phones on the MY SKy app or in the desktop version. I have tried to re-link the accounts and it says linked but still doens't show my mobile details. It just takes me to the Mobile homepage all the time.  I can se  a numver of threads like this but no solution. Does anybody know how to fix this please?

If it says it is already linked then you are using the correct login details with the app as this should be your main Sky ID. If you are sure you are then you will have to contact Sky for help:
