Mobile app

I got logged out of my sky account via the app and when I managed to get back in, I cannot link my existing account

If the account was already linked before you got logged out then you shouldn't need to link it again so what is happening when you log back ino the app ?

Thank you for your reply, it takes me to thdd ed account but with none of my information held on it
