Message Us facility

I was in the middle of renegotiating my new Sky + package on the Message Us chat, but now the connection is unavailable and has been all morning.

You mean the connection closed? You'll have to try again, I'm afraid. Or give Sky a call, which is likely to be quicker.

The conversations are still there but I am unable to reply. The reply button is 'greyed out' and 'connection unavailable' across the top
