Legoland Rewards Codd Usage Error

I got a promo code for Legoland 

 

i tried to use the code in booking tickets 

 

my internet crashed so I didn't complete sale

 

I am now trying to book but now cannot use the code it's coming up with usage error 

 

Help please

Have you contacted Legoland about this as it is their website that is throwing up this error ?
