Issues entering VIP competitions

When I try to enter competitions on the VIP app it tells me my email is already registered when I haven't entered that competition before so it doesn't let me enter. How do I correct this?

Try using any other email address so you can get to the next page then change it back to your usual email before submitting.

Thanks I tried this but had no option to change back to my original email address. I have  asked sky to look in to it and they responded by saying they have changed my account settings so will see whether the issue is resolved when I enter the next competition
