Issue with solar app ShinePhone not working following change of wifi
Since an upgrade from sky q to full fibre, my ShinePhone solar panel app not accessible
despite help from a sky engineer today, there is no success
can anyone help please?

Sky Q is a TV service and full fibre is broadband so what do you change here ?

@Tintin16517 Same sky Hub, different connection instead off copper should be nothing any different, dsl off fttp on that's it!

@Tintin16517 many solar power apps require the invertor to be connected to the WiFi network like many devices these units have relatively poor wifi chips which cannot connect to a dualband wifi signal. If you have a new white hub the procedure to get round this is as follows
Log into the My Sky app find the settings for your Sky Max hub go to advanced settings and click on the option to disable wifi switch off tge 5GHZ signal. When the hub restarts try to connect the invertor using your phone as explained in the apps instructions. Oncecconnected go back in the My Sky app and turn the 5GHz band back on and the invertor should stay connected.
