Issue with my sky

Hello,

I recently moved into my own property in November 2023. I have been on a family account which was set up by my father as the main account holder.

since moving out I have set up my own sky broadband and tv deal. When logging into MySky I am still under his account and have minimal access. Can this be changed so I am my own account holder and no longer have anything to do with his deal. My fathers details are Brian ARENDS,

my name is Alexander ARENDs.

Thankyou!

@Anonymous you'll need to create a new Sky ID for yourself, to which you'll be able to link your new broadband and TV account.
