Why am i being rejected for VIP rewards i havebeen with sky over 24 years and have been told i am a VIP

I would like to purchase the Lego land tickets

can you let me know how I can get the legoland offer please

@Aw132 unless you can explain in more detail what the problem is when you are trying to get the Lego land tickets then no-one on this forum will be able to help further.

If you can't provide the detail then you may need to call Sky and see if a customer services agent can help.
