INCORRECT POP UP MESSAGE ON SCREEN

Please remove the annoying pop up message on my screen which is incorrectly advising Important information about your account We haven’t received payment for your Streaming TV service. For more info and next steps to keep your service active, click here. This blocks my screen view and has been popping up for sometime now

When did you leave Sky ?

Did you get an email confirmation when you cancelled your TV service ?
