Netflix on my phone
I have Netflix free through Sky glass but can't sign in on other devices because I'm using the same email address for Sky glass as I used on my old Netflix account. Every time I try to sign into Netin my phone it's offering me to reactivate my old, paid for account. I can't find the new Netflix account that I'm using on my Sky glass tv.

If you have Netflix for free with you can only watch it on one device, if you want to watch Netflix on more devices you have to up your subscription with sky and pay to do so

You can only watch on one device at a time but can sign in on up to six.
I can't sign in on any. It's a login issue.

Yes that is the case.
If you go to your Sky Glass TV
Go into Netflix and select Get help, under the Member tab it will show the email you are using.
Sky Stream with two pucks (Former Sky Q and Sky+ customer), Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Protect kit tester.

I know what email I'm using. The trouble is I cancelled my Netflix because I was getting it free with Sky glass and it's the same email. When I try to log in it's taking me to my paid for account.

I'm not sure that possible, as i don't believe you can have 2 Netflix accounts using the same email address.

@Beaut16 For the sake of argument, have you done what was suggested and double checked the email onscreen with your Netflix? Just in case.

Yes checked. I only have one email address outside work so it's definitely the same.

Then you will have to contact Netflix for help as they might need to remove the address from the now closed account you had with them.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.

As mentioned above, you cannot have two accounts using the same email address, as you have now determined.
You will need to contact Netflix using their Contact Us page in link below.
Sometimes they offer a Chat option on that page at less busy times.
