I am very confused with how this work. Two sky employees have contacted me via direct chat and then stopped communicating in it. I was asked for screenshot of my account details to resolve issue and no communication since. Not happy with this service from sky employees. Will probably have to ring which I was trying to avoid as I haven't got the time this option was far more convenient. Thank you to all superusers. Disappointed with sky employee support!
