Help my eircode wont work

Hi, I have tried numerous times to gain access to my sky app, however it will not accept my eircode. I have seen other people have experienced the same issue. How can I resolve this please?

Eircode Issues on Sky App

Hi Guys,

 

I am unable to gain access to my Sky app as it states that my eircode is invalid. Can anyone help?

You also asked this last year. Your post was escalated to the Messaging Team but for whatever reason you didn't participate in the chat invite. The escalation process is currently switched off.


These are the current methods for contacting Sky. (Depending on your reason for making contact some methods will be more appropriate than others) …

🟩 📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or a Sky Talk landline.

All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Note: if your services are restricted due to a missed payment phone contact is unlikely to work.

Hi,

 

Thank you for responding. I was unable to get access to this account. I have phoned Sky, I sat on the phone for 1 hrs 40 mins today and this issue was not resolved.
