Does Sky still have Live chat as unable to get our issues solved due to language barriers when we call???

The live chat section is an AI bot that offers links to help you, but from my interaction on it you never get to talk to a person, hope this is helpful.

No, that's not the case. For chat or messaging, you're talking to an adviser.
