Errors message

Can anyone tell me why I am getting this message when trying to access billing or anything on my sky app 

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "https://www.sky.com/bill?" on this server.

Turned out that mine was due to an update on my phone .

i cleared history and turned phone off and on and now fine 😊
