Email already registered
Can anyone help, when I go onto the my sky app and look at the ballots for tickets, on the vip section, when I enter my email address its say my email is already registered, but ive not put it in anywhere. I think this has happened when I've moved to Sky Stream. My Vip level has also gone down to silver - not that this is really a problem but ive been with sky for years think it was platinum before. I think its been an issue for others but I can't see how to resolve it.

Try using any other email address so you can get to the next page then change it back to your usual email before submitting.
