sky sports app maximum devices

I would like to know how to log out all devices that are connected to the sky sports app as it is saying you're watching on the maximum number of devices yet I am only using one but I am a sky Q customer

Are you using the Sky Go app as that counts as an active device as well as the Sky Sports app.

Sky Go and Sky Go Extra customers can stream on two devices at a time.
Sky Q Multiscreen and Sky Glass/Sky Stream Whole Home customers can stream on four devices at a time.

My tablet has the same message for SKyF1 race control , even though I can get SkyGo to work on the same device ?

I am only using the sky sports app and still having the same issue I have changed my password but the app is still logged in so how do I log out any devices that are connected

If you are only using one devcie then there are no extra devices to log out from so you will have to get in touch with Sky support over this.
