@Anonymous You can't change your forum profile name unfortunately. You would have to close the account then create a new one (losing the points and level you have attained).

Afraid not the only way to do that is to close your current forum account and sign back up using the name you want, losing any points gained.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

The only thing you can do is to set up a new Sky ID to use to login here but this will mean you will start again with regards to the level you are on.

Just adding to this, I feel like this a bit of a GDPR issue. Don't mind sky knowing my name etc but I'd rather public forums allowed for a little pseudo-anonymity.

You can choose whatever username you like when you set up your forum account. Once done, though,  you can't change it. All you can do is delete it and set up a new one.

Well that's pants.  I hate my profile name.  Hate a lot of things I guess.  It's from years ago!

 

Guess I'll have to close my community account as I don't really care about it anyway.

Might be weak to yiu but the user name may well refer to a time the user may need to forget or regret.

This is basic functionality which should be included.   Closing my account now.
