Cannot access my vue tikts

I am a silver vip member sine January 2025. I am not able to access my vue tickets for this February 2026.

Am I still entitled?

If you are a paying Sky Movies customer then yes you are still entitled.

 

In the VIP section scroll right to the bottom, then scroll the tile to the left as that is where the Vue tickets can be found.

It does not show on the app. There is something wrong somewhere. If only Sky would communicate or investigate. I will just cancel my cinema suscription if denied tickets two months in a row.

Diamond member with sky cinema vue ticket button missing.

Vue tickets button missing from app.deleated app and reinstalled still not any where in app Diamond member with sky cinema in my package.Vue button was available and tickets used last month December 2025 and previously.

I'm having the same issue, I'm a sky movies subscriber and have deleted/re-installed the app but still no option for the vue tickets.  Previous threads say they have moved back to their original location but I don't know where this is?

Many thanks - I discovered it by accident last night by relentlessly swiping left & right. I have no idea why Sky chooses to effectively hide this part of the Cinema subscription. Why not a simple link!
