I cant seem to view my bills online. They all say £0. Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks

If you have tried these other ways and they also say £0 for your next bill you will have to contact Sky if your next bill is due soon:

I have been charged £15 for a premium visit!!! I was told that all I had to do was pay £10 upfront and then sky would do the rest. I didn’t agree to it. Sky came on a Sunday morning because it suited them. I’m disgusted

Hi dear
I have same issue can't see my bill online . I ring customer service told me we don't know what s the prb .
when to sky , the man try it on sky laptop (company) same thing , can't see it .

Hello,
Trying to access my bill with Sky as I'd like to pay it ahead of it's usual date of the 10/1/2020. Want to make sure bills are paid before personal expenses. Usually I can just open my bill online and pay it and it's done. But lately, it just infinitely loads my bill and never actually loads it. My default browser is Chrome but I've tried using Edge and Firefox to no success. Cleared my cache and reset my router with full PC restart and that didn't do the trick either. I'd appreciate getting assistance on this matter.
