@Frank26 welcome to this customer Community. It's unlikely that Sky will respond to your post here.

 

You've posted in the Talk (Sky's landline service) forum. Which app are you having difficulty logging into? And what happens when you try?

Do you mean the MySky app, if so what happens when you try to login to it so what onscreen message do you see ?
