Can’t log back into sky App or website

Trying to sign into my sky app. User name and password ok but then its asks for my post code to find account. I enter postcode but comes back saying postcode and account not found so cant go any further. Postcode entered with and without a space but same response. Have checked my postcode in my account information and its correct. Anyone else had this issue?
Can anyone please help?  it was working grand before I was chatting on the phone for 52 minutes resolving other issues.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Thanks Caesarome for your help, I hope someone from sky can help me with this. We want to keep a check on our bills, see any new deals and went on to buy a new phone but can't even get logged in now, so missed the Black Friday deals on the phone, this is not nice at all.
