hello im getting the same issue, ive just signed up with sky and the web page and app both have the same issue?

@Lisa-P1987 I have the same issue - can't get past 'let's find your account' after typing in my postcode. I recently rejoined Sky using my old account details but there seems to be an issue and I can't use MySky. I can't find a helpline number to call or any information online.

Please could you help to resolve this issue.

Just purchased a sky stream package and can't log into my account because it can't find my post code, please help

I can't login to My Sky App, can't get past the postcode entry. Keeps saying that there was an error. It's ridiculous I can't access my router without the Sky App.. please make it so I can access my router without the app! And please escalate this ASAP. It's a known issue, it shouldn't still be happening all year round.
