Can’t enter competition on VIP

When entering competitions for sports tickets or recently the wicked tickets on Sky VIP all I get is a message that my email address is already registered. It doesn’t allow me to enter the competition

This is a long shot but you could try emailing Sky via this email address to see if they can help:

 

support @ skyticketit.com (no spaces)

Thank you. I didn't have that email address so have emailed them with the issue.
