Can’t access vip rewards on app

I have been trying to access the Apple TV reward on my vip section on the my sky app but it doesn't do anything. Online it'll open the offer but then redirect to the app which does nothing. This is proving very frustrating as there's a number of things in the vip section which won't open. It is the most current version of the app
