Can’t access Sky Bet app on mobile data

I upgraded my iphone not long ago. Since changing phone I can no longer log into the Sky Bet app when using mobile data (a message appears saying 'We can't locate you') but it works fine on wifi. 
Any ideas why I cannot log in?

I have just moved house and taken BT broadband with us, same hub, password etc., a simple transfer, however SkyBet now will not let me login on my phone (Laptop is ok), but on my iPhone the SkyBet app just keeps saying it can't locate me. I have checked all location settings, rebooted router, tried without WiFi etc., it just will not accept ly location (UK) and let me in the app.   Anyone out there can help?

Sky bet (Bonne Terre Ltd) is nothing to so with Sky, Sky only licence the name
