I have a Netflix account via my SKY account which I can access on my TV via SKY box but I cannot watch Netflix via my cell/mobile phone as Netflix does not recognize my email/password that I use for SKY to access the NF account. SKY online help were no help at all, tried NF help and they were no help either. Ideas?

The email and password don't necessarily have to match your Sky user credentials. When you first logged in to Netflix on your Sky device it would have asked you to either create a new Netflix account or to login to an existing Netflix account.
It may be worth using the forgot password link of the Netflix login page to reset your Netflix password if you have forgotten it.

Thanks, reset email will go to email address that NF say isn't registered with them?

Normally you would have to enter the email address to reset the password, so if Netflix says that email address isn't linked to a Netflix account that means you didn't use that email address when you created your Netflix account.
