I've been trying to access my rewards as I have been sent some Tesco vouchers by Sky however I get the following error message each time...I've been trying for a number of weeks...can anyone help please?

Find out moreTo see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I'm having the exact same issue on my account - was given Tesco vouchers but can't access them - same error message. Please could someone escalate this for me?

I have the saaame message I was offered sky store credit after complaining about the football match I was watching cutting out for the last 7 minutes leaving me not knowing who one.
Now I get the same whoops message as others have received.
Can anyone explain or escalate please.
