I bought a box office event Fury V Usyk, downloaded the app for my PC and started watching the boxing, I picked my gaming mouse and accidentally closed the app while still watching....I restarted the app and it started up in a blue screen saying "Head over to Sky Sports Box Office to get started" and there's a button saying "Let's Go" which I clicked, my Firefox opened to yet another blue page and did nothing....I can't even get the help bot to understand my problem...I found the Sky website and signed in and verified my email, can't see any help on box office....How to sign back into my event, please? This is my first Box office with Sky and it's not going too well!

Exactly the same thing going on with my PC. Tried it on the phone, same thing. It was working then just stopped half way through a boxing match. What a load of crap man.

Yeah, that's a real bummer feel for you, funny thing is. just how hard it is to find help when it's needed...Like now! And I get more sense out of my 3 year old Husky than their help bot😧

Same, I just brought the Furk v Usky 2 fight and my sky box office web page is just a blue screen and has been since i piad for the fight. Sky can you please help i cant miss the event??

Ordered the boxing this morning via Sky Go as usual. Going to watch now on main screen and blue screen, please don't do this to me. We are the paying lot also not the ones who watch on a firestick!! Makes you angry. I'm hoping it's back on very very soon, don't want to miss this

Fixed!!!!!!
Delete the deleted in manage records. So delete it out of the recordings. Then go to manage and delete from there too.
Rebook on the box and it now loads and works

I have the same issue, where on the PC the blue screen is shown after clicking the 'Lets Go' button. This is the case in all browsers, and clearing cache / cookies does not help with the issue. Everything of course worked when I signed in to pay for the fight before this 😥
The only way I have been able to watch is to load the app on my Android tablet (which opens in mobile phone view by default with a completely blue screen), then rotate the tablet to see the options that are not visible when the app opens. I could then proceed to watch via the tablet. If opening on my Iphone, the app launches correctly with all options visible, and I can also watch without any issue.
Thought it was me but there does seem to be an issue when launching the app on the PC as only the blue screen is shown in the browser. Hope you can watch using a tablet / phone although casting may not be supported.

Thanks for the info...If I open sports.skyboxoffice.com on my Android phone I still get the blue screen 😞
