Ask Sky to unblock a website

I haven't been able to find anything related to this in the community so far.

Is there any way to get Sky to unblock a website that has been incorrectly flagged on Broadband Shield?

My friend's fashion website https://www.the-dressingroom.com/, which I visit from time to time, is no longer accessible when using the internet through Sky, but I can access it when using my mobile data. As you can imagine, my friend is quite concerned that other people using Sky can't access it either.

I did a little research on the internet and discovered this website which shows that my friend's site has been blocked by a few ISPs: https://www.blocked.org.uk/site/http://www.the-dressingroom.com/

Is there any way to submit a request to Sky to get it unblocked? Does anyone have any advice here please?
