Hope you consider this suggestion.

@RiverbraidHarryI think that you will find that most users of Sky have their accounts set up with direct debit when it comes to collecting what is due to be paid on their bill.

If someone has helped give them Like.

@RiverbraidHarry  As per @Annie+UK  that really doesn't make any sense.

In any event there is no incentive for Sky to use apple pay for the reasons stated in the replies above.

@RiverbraidHarry

I've had to reject your image as it clearly shows the account number.

@RiverbraidHarry

No need to apologise. If you want to send the image again with the account number blocked I'm sure it can be added, although I don't think it helps your case in respect of your request.

Re: Apple Pay

I also find this most inconvenient when trying to pay sky, there are no saved credit cards available or apple pay options so i have to find my card and manually type in the number every time 🤷‍♂️. Some of us cant have direct debit's because our bank accounts dont have much cash in them so i pay sky weekly its my only option.

You can set up an automated monthly card payment. In fact, you agreed contractually set up either a direct debit or a repeating monthly when you signed up.
