An error has occurred logging in

Hi, 

 

I have been recently logged out of My Sky app amd it will except my email and password but then it comes up to enter my postcode for my account it is saying an error has occurred or please try again later. Would I be able to get some help please to keep track off my bills for sky please.

Are you able to sign in to your MySky account via a web browser?
