Access denied

I have been trying to upgrade my phone through the website and the app and everytime I add to basket it goes to an access denied page with an error message

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@Nfletch 

If you are not using anything like a VPN or the private relay function if you are using an iphone where both will need disabling then you will have to call Sky to get your order placed.
