I managed to log in to Sky Sports on my phone. I subsequently logged out and closed the app. I then installed the same app on my ipad but when I try to log in it says Access denied. I am on the same wifi network, not logged in on other devices and both iphone and ipad are on the latest iOS version. Why is this? I am hoping to use the ipad for driver camera views during F1 races. Thx for the help. Bert

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
