I clicked on pause button and and noticed it was showing -29.53 used slide bar an took it to zero / live, and it's okay now!

 Sky news is running at a 30 minute time lag......I can cure this temporarily by hitting pause and using the slide bar but then if you exit sky news and return to it later you have to repeat the process. Is there a permanent fix?

Which Sky system are you using? (Sky Q, Glass or Stream), or are you streaming Sky News via YouTube or another service?

I have had the same issue since the 1st as well.  Through fire stick half hour delay. There is a blue time button to the right that you can click and it goes to the correct time.  This can be annoying though.
