30 minute lag

I recently done an update on the sky news app and now it's running 30 minutes behind the live news including the time in the bottom of the screen which is quite annoying, how do I fix this? I have used this app for a while and it's always been in sync with the current time till the update

This morning I put the tv on and went on sky news on my bush tv and try as well on the Roku tv. But it was asking me to accept how they use their data. I accepted it. Then I open the app, but the sky news keeps on being delaying for half an hour. No live sky news.  I uninstall the app, by not accepting the data sharing same issue of delaying. I uninstall the app again re loaded this time declined all data sharing, still the news delaying. I have cleared the cache and clear data as I used firestick to watch the sky news, still same issue. All the east of my apps on my firestick working perfectly it's only sky news app. I have restarted the tv unplug my firestick, re started both tv and the fire stick. Amazon have told me is not the firestick as the rest of my apps are working fine

Is anyone have any idea what else can I do. Any help will be appreciated.

What device do you have as it might be worth checking g the comments section of the download page in the App Store to see if other eoe are also experiencing this issue since tne update.

I've got the app on a fire stick, I've had a look and can't see anyone having same issue

Mine is exactly as you have described.. Must be a gremlin. Everything has been fine until today 1st May. Very irritating.. AT.

Yes, I have the same issue, 30 minutes behind live time, tried uninstalling/deleting app, removing power lead for 10 minutes, removing batteries from remote. Still got the same problem on both my firesticks 🤷‍♂️

Yes I've tried all of them as well, don't mind watching the news half hour behind but the time being wrong is driving me nuts 😂 let me know if find a fix
