strange issue this one. We have 4 pucks and all demonstrate the same quirk. Normally as per the programming of the Sky remote controller I can adjust the to volume the tv. All is fine here. However if I adjust the tv sound level the remote centre button when pressed will then not bring up the on screen programme banner. I have to change channels up or down (it doesn't matter), then normal remote functionality is resumed. This problem seems to only recently developed. Anyone else seeing this? Any insight or advice as always is much appreciated.
