using browser for my emails . ???? have to do 2 step every time ????help please arthur

hello , im 76yrs old and the old brain isnt working properly ????

so every time i turn computer on and select email on my browser i have to do a 2 step verification ??? its driving me mad then sky send 2 emails regarding are you on the computer ???? every time and the 2 step is verified ????? please help many thanks arthur

Hi Arthur, I'm also 76 and I know what you mean by the old brain not working well!

You should be able to reduce the nuisance by ticking the remember me for 30 days box, just don't log out or have your browser set to delete cookies.

That should reduce the number of requests for the 2FA, however the "sky send 2 emails regarding are you on the computer " may be to do with clearing cookies but might be something else. so try those and let us know how you get on.
