unable to install outlook

cannot access outlook on my ipad 

message displayed is :  Unable to to install outlook   please try again later 

I can access other wesites and apps - but not outlook

thanks for the suggestion - yes I've tried rebooting - but to no avail

Are you saying you can't install the Outlook app, or that you can't install your Sky email account into Outlook?

There is not much we can help with that, it's more a query for Apple/Microsoft.

What if you try a different app, such as the Yahoo one?

What IOS version are you running @Tilwin as it needs to be 15.0 or later.
