Unable to get emails. error imap.tools.sky.com is not responding. Does not recognise my password.  Can i reset imap password.

Which app are you using? You probably need to use an app password in place of your normal Sky password in your app settings for Sky Yahoo Mail. There's a link to the app password generator in Sky's help guide here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/problems-accessing-sky-mail-from-your-email-app

Not responding doesn't sound like a password problem. Are you using an iOS device by any chance?
