two step code is not being recieved by my mobile

i am trying to set up my sky email account on a new laptop.   the two step verification process is not working - the codes are not coming through to my mobile - the number is correct - we do not have the recovery code - not sure what we can do next.

@liz+hull in those circumstances all you can do is call Sky and ask them to turn off 2 step verification on your behalf.

@liz+hull by the way, I should mention that the phone number shown in the Account Info section of your SkyID details, is not necessarily the mobile number used for receipt of Verification Codes.

How, and why, are you trying to setup your email on the new laptop. 2FA may not be required to do so in some circumstances.
