trusted emails being blocked

Emails from a trusted source are being blocked as spam. How do I stop this from happening?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Mark,then as 'not spam' and over time they'll find their way into your Inbox, or set up a filter to automatically move emails from the affected address to your Inbox.
