Discussion topic: sub-folder deletion in sky emails?

Folder ststes 'empty' but has a sub-folder attached. Trying to delete the 'empty' folder but advice is that "folder has to be empty to successfully delete"? No sign of sub-folder

Are you trying to delete this via your online email account or are you using an app or program like Outlook ?

Do you also access your emails on another device like a mobile and use an use an app, to see if you can delete it via this instead.
